Mangal Wedha Disha News respects the intellectual property rights of others. This DMCA Policy explains the steps to follow if you believe that any content (such as a photo, text, or advertisement) on our website infringes on your copyright.
1. Our Role
We are an advertising consolidation platform. This means we publish advertisements that were originally posted publicly elsewhere (newspapers, social media, etc.). If an ad you placed has been copied without your permission, or if a photo we show belongs to you, we want to fix it quickly.

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to a
ct on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infring ed.

4. What Happens After We Receive a Notice
Once we receive a valid, complete DMCA Takedown Notice:
We will quickly remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing.
We will attempt to contact the party (the advertiser) who originally placed the material.
